Individual follow-up sites are best positioned to operate their telescopes and to collect, reduce and report their data. NEOfixer does provide topocentric ephemerides from Find_Orb, complete with estimated exposure times, positional uncertainties, and rise and set times, which some observers may find useful in scheduling their telescopes.
